Pipe chain conveyor system is a continuous conveying system for conveying bulk materials such as powder, small particles and small lumps, which can be transported horizontally, inclined and vertically in combination. In the closed pipe, the material is driven along the pipe with the chain piece as the driving member. When conveyed horizontally, the material particles are subject to the thrust of the chain piece in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between the material layer is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain piece to form a stable material flow; when conveying vertically, the material particles in the pipe are pushed upward by the chain piece, because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding downward, which produces transverse lateral pressure, and so enhances the internal friction of the material, and when the internal friction between the material is greater than the external friction between the material and the wall of the pipe and the material's self-weight, the material is conveyed upward with the chain piece to form a steady material flow. When the internal friction between the materials is greater than the external friction between the materials and the inner wall of the tube as well as the self-weight of the materials, the materials will be conveyed upwards with the chain sheet, forming a continuous material flow.
