1 Introduction

The automatic unpacking machine is suitable for unpacking and unloading bagged powder and granular materials, and is widely used in chemical, plastics, sewage treatment, infrastructure and other industries. Automatic unpacking and unloading of bagged dry powdery and granular materials such as plastic additives, bagged cement, sewage treatment clarifiers, and chemical raw materials.

The unpacking machine is mainly composed of two parts: the inclined belt conveyor for feeding and the host. The host is also composed of a machine base, a cutter box, a roller screen, a screw conveyor, a waste bag conveyor and a dust removal device.

The bagged powder and granular materials are conveyed by a belt conveyor to a 45-degree sliding plate and slide down the sliding plate by gravity. During the sliding process, the packaging bag is cut open by the fast rotating blade, and the cut residual bag and material slide into The trommel screen is used for screening. The materials falling from the trommel are output by the screw conveyor, and the damaged packaging bags, impurities, and agglomerated materials are taken out of the body by the trommel. The dust caused by the cutting knife bag breaking process is captured by the bag-type dust collector and shaken down into the screw conveyor (the material output by the screw conveyor can be transported to the material storage tank using a tube chain conveyor or a pneumatic conveying device).

3) The weight of the material shall not be greater than 100 kg;
