Principle

When the compressed air at the bottom of the mixer is instantly sprayed, the powder particles inside the can become boiling and begin to mix thoroughly. The injected air is discharged through the air filter above. Spraying for a short time and consuming very little compressed air allows for sufficient mixing and efficient homogenization. By combining raw material transportation and introducing touch screen and PLC control, it is very convenient to establish an automatic raw material processing production line.
